Key Account Manager

For an important swiss client we are looking for a Key Account Manager that is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them.

Expected Tasks:
• Manage new and existing sales members; set team goals and hold team members accountable for goals.
• Achieve satisfactory net revenue results and market share in relation to present standards including sales and margin goals.
• Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key to success
• Analyse reports leveraging customer’s historical sales data with current sales goals to establish achievable stretch goals for individual and team performance.
• Reinforces consistent selling and service standards through coaching, training and accountability.

• Excellent knowledge of English. Other languages represent a plus
• A mandatory requirement is an origin from Conveyor Systems or the intralogistics area.
• Precision, reliability and autonomy in work planning
• Ability to listen, speed in learning and ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor in Economics or similar education  
• Strong predisposition to mobility in Europe country
• Passionate about selling and seeks organized.
• Proficiency in all aspects of the sales cycle.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, a high level of integrity, fiscal responsibility, critical thinking, and leadership courage.
